Our Client a leading telco is searching for a junior It buyer/Procurement specialist to join their team in Brussels
This is a great opening for a Junior Buyer within purchasing Procurement department.
The role is to assist the department in creating and managing a souring RFP programme.
You must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
Duties and experience include.
Meeting and supplier management
Creation of RFP using Web based supplier management tools
Managing communication streams
Bid experience.
Minutes of meetings
Implementation of the web based portal for communication to stakeholders
Ideal Profile
Professional Experience - Minimum 2 years Exposure to multinational environment, in finance, sourcing or commercial department,
Technical, Systems - Strong user of Microsoft office, plazza
Soft skills - Ability to engage, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and speed, meet deadlines
- Open minded and willing to learn, confident and contribute
- Worked in multicultural environment
- Ability to influence, convince
- Facility Management knowledge
Education - Minimum Graduate in finance, sourcing, commercial, fluent English, Microsoft office
