Description
- Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in Telecom domain on Policy and charging domain
- Experience with PCRF product and diameter, Gx, Rx, Sy protocols.
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and the ability to work well in a global team.
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to succinctly and clearly express ideas internally and directly to customer through email, phone, face to face and other means
- Strong troubleshooting skills and an aptitude to learn new things.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel to customer site as needed for face to face meetings, issue resolution, troubleshooting, etc.
- Ability to analyze technical problems around product installation, configuration, integration
- Experience with Unix and/or Linux
- Experience with LLD, MOP and Test document creation
- Experience with Software upgrade deployment, System integration test and debugging.
- Experience with installation, modification and maintenance of system and utility software on server computer systems
- Experience with analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of system hardware, software and networking issues
- Expertise in writing test cases and reporting testing results
- Experience with facilitating troubleshooting issues and download logs from system, and raise JIRA to support team.
