Scrum Master (Agile, Financial Services, Banking) - Oslo, Norway
A large Scandinavian Bank urgently seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead an Agile team of technical professionals as part of a major transformation programme.
The successful Scrum Master will remain mostly hands off, ensuring the multi-disciplinary tech team is performing daily scrums/stand ups, weekly/fortnightly sprints, reviews, retrospectives and adhering to and promoting full Agile methodology as much as possible.
Essential skills required:
- 3+ years Scrum Master experience
- Scrum Master certified
- Banking/Financial Services experience
- Excellent team leader/management skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Skills in Project management, Business Analysis or Product Management - advantageous
- Expert communicator
