Digital Copywriter to be based in Northampton on an initial 3 Month contract.
Experienced Digital Copywriter needed to Provide copywriting, editing and definition for a range of digital projects across all channel.

Duration - 3 months initial
Writing, Editing and Defining Copy 70%
* Provide copywriting, editing and definition for a range of digital projects across all channels
. Demonstrate flawless attention to detail in all content, and be able to spot a typo at fifty paces
. Create copy within brand guidelines and global copy standards, ensuring consistency everywhere
. Collaborate with research, UX and design colleagues to produce first-class customer journeys
. Help to design and champion a standard copy brief, and aid in furthering this within the business
. Support copy team colleagues in editing their work and ensuring overall copy consistency
Governance and Stakeholder Management 20%
* Liaise with a network of approvers and stakeholders to achieve bulletproof copy sign off
. Document and share copy feedback rules from stakeholders with the copy team
. Help promote awareness of copywriting and customer-centricity among our stakeholders
. Work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects, without compromising copy consistency
* Share best practice, copy research and learnings with the copy team and our UX/design colleagues
. Take any opportunities to increase your knowledge and awareness of industry best practice
. Champion both the team and your role within a project and the wider business
Person Specification
* Experience with digital copywriting in a corporate environment
. Experience in financial services and/or Agile working
. Preferred degree-level qualification in writing/communications
. Experience in or interest around the practical application of psychology
. A passionate advocate of language, with strong persuasive skills in that area
. An articulate diplomat, with the ability to argue your corner without disregarding feedback
. A fast learner, willing to accept critical feedback and learn in a fast-paced environment
. A team player, willing to support a growing team and promote its function within the business
