Infrastructure Engineer

Up to €430 p/day

Our client, a leading Tech organisation based in Amsterdam is currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer, more specifically a Cloud Services Engineer.
This is a varied role with the opportunity to work on a variety of challenges including;
- Organize and plan sections for the next development sprints.
- Create, install, and maintain Middleware (Oracle, Enterprise Service Bus), network hardware and software including (LANs, WANs, Network segments, Internet, Intranet systems, SDDCs), and online applications.
- Creation of standard reporting to overlay demand vs capacity.
- Attend design reviews fora single point of focus on future project deliveries.
- Operational readiness for the delivered components linking in with the cloud requirements.
- Provide operational & technical support for cloud-based platforms across the company.
The successful Infrastructure Engineer will be;
- Proficient in Vrealise.
- Have a strong capability with both Linux & Windows, with Linux being the for prevalent skill.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to communicate confidently, effectively and concisely.
- Have a good and profound understanding of IT Operational processes: Change; Incident; Release; Problem Management. ITIL certification preferred.
- Have a solid history in hands-on (keyboard) administration within IT infrastructure and operations.
