Description

FIHR, HIE, JAVA, SQL,

Architect and support HIE data interface solutions design leveraging HL7, FHIR, IHE, and other similar technical stack.

Design HIE interfaces and enhancements using Java, JSON, SQL, and others.

Conceptualize and design integration solutions to meet business requirements and goals.

Ongoing technical support/guidance to development team

Work with development teams to ensure integration strategies are known, understood, and followed.

Ensure the coherent interpretation of business processes affected by integration efforts and resulting interfaces.

Create efficiencies in interface development and deployment processes.

Maintain an understanding of the HIE as well as those applications with which it interfaces.

Communicate priorities, monitor and escalate issues as appropriate.

Provide regular status and other reports to management as required.

Comply with HIPAA and other state and federal regulations.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfil job function or as assigned.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience HAPI FHIR API to create mapping methods and transforming resource bundle

Experience with data integration work with MuleSoft

Proven ability to develop, configure, deploy and support HIE interface solutions including HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, IHE, and other healthcare related standards.

Knowledge of data exchange protocols relative to the healthcare industry and NIST specifications.

Experience in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving system and interface issues.

Experience using Agile methodologies.

Understanding of SSL, HTTPS, and security.

Ability to write concise technical documentation.

Ability to transform requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

Understanding of database structures, tables and querying functions.

Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.

Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule.
