Role: Customer Journey Optimisation Manager
Location: Amsterdam
Contract length: 6 month initial
Day Rate: €480 via LTD
Salt are working to build out the digital capabilities of one of the best known & most influential companies in the world.
We are looking for a contractor, with a strong CRO background, for a 6 month initial contract working in the fast paced Amsterdam office.
The main goal of the role is to optimise the performance of the E-commerce site, particularly form submission fields (eg postcode entry in regional formats etc).
The main tools used are Adobe Analytics & decibel, experience of these is a must.
Requirements:
- Map out all website issues (poor button position, submission box rejecting regional formatting, etc) in the submission processes and prioritize urgent issues to dev team.
- Deep dive into various input channels from session replay to CS to understand the issues and plot out solutions to the outliers in bi-weekly sprints with the wider team.
- Test different approaches to maximize market profitability and conversion.
- Map out missing opportunities within market performance and work with the analytics team to resolve.
- Maintain check-out KPI report- optimizing local outliers by reducing buying journey errors across Delivery & Payment flows.
This role is 100% based in Amsterdam, no remote working considered.
