Leading Investment Manager looking to hire a Compliance Officer to join their Compliance Team and to support the Distribution teams.
Responsibilities
- Review financial promotions and marketing material for the distribution teams
- Consultancy to the business on the principles and rules for financial promotions & marketing material
- Perform comprehensive compliance reviews of financial promotions
- Input on the process of review and approval of financial promotions
- Ensuring compliance guidance or policies are kept upto date and in line with business and regulatory developments
Key Skills/Experience
- Strong knowledge of Financial Promotions and other materials designed for the marketing of Investment products - essential
- Knowledge of Asset Management products and services, broad variety would be ideal
- Familiarity with FCA and regulatory market, particularly in context of financial promotions
- Senior Compliance experience within Asset Management is essential
