Principle Procurement officer/Senior Buyer - London - Inside IR35 - Market Rates Apply. CTC Clearance or Higher
My Public sector client in London are looking for a Procurement Officer/Senior buyer to join them on an initial 3 Month contract!
Minimum Requirement:
- Government experience is essential
- Experience in Public Procurement
- Experience in High Risk and High Value Procurement
- Demonstration of Managing relationships with Stakeholders
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving and reporting on savings and efficiencies
- Executing end to end procurement processes, including data collection, document preparation, negotiation, contract award, contract management and supplier relationship management;
- Communicating priorities and business plans to internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring that all programmes and projects deliver to time, cost and quality requirements;
- Security Clearance: CTC minimum
