We are working strategically with one of our core clients who is looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable Business Analyst in Den Haage,Netherlands.
Job Description :
- Atleast 8- 10 years of overall experience, preferably Telecom domain , Proven experience in BA role. Role also involves some limited presales activity.
- Primary activity will be to do analysis of applications, processes and prepare business case in consultation with Tech team
- Proficiency in OSS/BSS stack and various functions of each system.
- Exposure on latest COTS products available in market for various market sectors.
- Strong functional capabilities to transform business requirements to LLRs
- Ability to design and document approaches to business models and document functional needs for input to solution leads.
- Ability to lead Process Mapping and Design workshops and document Process maps to address needs associated with agreed strategic direction
- Collaborate with Solution leads across chain to define solutions to meet business objectives agreed through consultation and workshops.
- Journey definition and business process mapping - Map & Gap
- Good understanding of eTOM and TAM
- Good Dutch & English speaking skills
