Description

My client has an urgent requirement for a Finance process owner with a demonstrable knowledge of accounting & finance process implementation, who can join a project at a critical phase to ensure a new set of procedures and work instructions are imbedded across a global organisation.

You will also have a very strong background in Change around Financial Processes most likely as a finance professional (accountant). You will also have a background in process implementation as part of an ERP rollout.

This is an immediate requirement and will be a 5 month engagement in Central London.

Key Tasks will include:

  • Act as the Global Process Owner - The go-to person and expert for the new way of working
  • Embed and gain buy-in' on the Global set of processes across; P2P, O2C & R2R
  • Act as the change champion as part of the global process model rollout.
  • Lead business change workshops and training approach/strategy of the core team.
  • Support the creation of testing approach and strategy including test scenario development from a process perspective.
  • Be the process expert that can also translate this to standard ERP functionality so you can advise the business where applicable and advise on industry process standards.
  • Be able to work closely alongside system implementation partners to implement the new process design.

This is based in central London and will require 5 days onsite working.
