Requirements
1.Industry domain and process expert must have knowledge of following Industry processes:
a.Design release - ECR/ECN/ECO
b.TDP release to manufacturing
c.PPAP release to manufacturing
d.RFQ release to sourcing
e.Quality Plan/FAI
2.Knowledge of 2D+3D design and primary/secondary manufacturing processes:
a.Should be able to debate and constructively argue with R&D and Manufacturing engineers to set up best practices for Engineering design with examples and valid reasons as per international standards (ASME/ISO)
b.Define MBD roadmap for customer. Architect the solution. See through the implementation, Drive successful change management from drawing as master to model as master in customer organization.
3.Expert Knowledge of 3D MBD methodologies, standards and ability to define consumption use cases for Model based Supplier collaboration, Manufacturing and Inspection
4.PLM functional experience: Able to take an Industry process and represent or understand workflow mapping in a PLM system
5.Built benefits case for customer. Track benefits with help of customer.
