Role: Business Analyst
As a BA you will be working in a scrum team of about 9 members. We are building a workflow application to support the Recovery department of the bank. The requirements need to be specified and worked out in function designs ( which will function as system documentation). From these functional designs user stories need to be created in JIRA.
Hard skills:
- Experience with user interface design
- Experience with Recovery department of the bank in Risk Area
- Working with JIRA
- Speaking and writing in Dutch
- Good understanding and reading and writing of English
- Willing and able to help with testing of the application
- Understand the technical implementation of the application
- Is able to understand the technical challenges the development team runs into
- Agile way of working (SCRUM)
- Experience and willing to participate in scrum rituals
- Is able to think in shippable products
- Experience with tools like; JIRA, Confluence and VISIO
- Optional; AZURE cloud
- Optional; Experience in working with bank related projects
Soft skills:
- Team player
- Good communication skills in English
- Dare to speak up
- Minimal 5 years' experience in ICT
- Able and willing to contact people in other teams and other departments
- Conceptual thinker
- Quick learner and willing to learn from other team members
