Job Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent years of experience is required
3+ years' experience with IS contract management and administration
Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities with a shared services organization and model
Strong understanding of contracts and contract administration
Demonstrated ability to work with others, to lead and affect process and organizational change and improvements
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and oral communications skills, with ease and comfort working with senior executives
Experience in managing supplier relationships and large contracts is a plus
Experience working within Ariba is considered a plus
Works well in a team environment
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to understand and interpret software, hardware, and IS services contract language
Monitor and manage the life cycle of a contract
Liaison between IS and Procurement and Legal resources
Ensure specific contract deliverables are acceptable
Own contract change and renewal process
Escalate contract issues as needed
