Technical Resources are currently recruiting for the following position:
Fire and Security Engineer (Asset Registers)
Location: Cheltenham
Rate: £240 per day (All in rate)
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 1 month Rolling Contract
Main Duties include:
Asset register for the systems on site - carrying out Visual Inspections and looking at drawings, panels and documenting/logging on to the system (tablet) the equipment on site as well as the condition of CCTV equipment, Access Control, Addressable and conventional fire alarm systems and Intruder panels. Each engineer must ensure to return paperwork back to client on a daily basis as part of the contract so timesheets are authorised each week. No engineering required on the project must note down on PDAs everything on Fire and Security systems in each location
Required Documentation:
CSCS Card
BS7858 Vetting - This will be carried out by the employer
Own Private Vehicle/Van
Asbestos Awareness (Desirable)
Own Standard Tools, Drills, Ladders/Steps
FULL PPE (Personal Protective Equipment, Boots and HI VIS)
