Networkers is looking for a French speaking functional consultant:
Accountable to Business Units for specific IT services delivered to their portfoliosReview of portfolio specific dashboards and provide feedbackDefines requirements for new services in line with service delivery strategy. Ensures such offerings are professionally introduced through agreed processes, accepted by and are deliverable to the businessSingle Point of Contact within Supplier organisation in regard to Customer's business area and their representatives;Responsible for undertaking Service reviews with business customers including providing a view of performanceSupport and maintain internal and external application solutions used by the business while coordinating with the functional teamsAct as the escalation point for Customer's Service Manager for their respective domain Ensures the business accepts Service Delivery, and IT as trusted partners who drive business value through the use of IT and protects the business from its misuse of IT.
