My client in the financial services/payments industry are looking for someone who e supports the existing PMO resource and the relationship managers to ensure that all regional goals are met.
Works with the PMO function in corporate to ensure the Acquirer go to market plans are on track
Works with the local team, other PMO colleagues, finance and other functions globally and in the US to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting is accurate and completed in a timely manner
APAC General Support
Merchant Claims - Work with the APAC and UK teams to streamline the submission process
APAC Validation approach - Work with APAC and UK teams to implement a standardized validation approach
Generate Monthly Report on Merchant Validation status
Test Card Administration
Traveling & Support Resources Planning
APAC GA Weekly Update Reports
APAC Agreement processing
APAC Invoice processing
APAC Vendor Set Up
Ad-hoc requests set up
Background:
Bachelors Degree in relevant Marketing or Commerce based subject (MBA a plus)
Five years' demonstrated work experience as a Project/Program Manager, preferably with an accreditation, such as a Project Management Professional certification ( PMP )
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
People leadership skills that include the ability to influence without authority
Excellent communicator, able to speak at both executive summary and very detailed levels
Knowledge of the financial service industry ideally payments industry and production payments processing is desired but not required
Lean, Six Sigma and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise a plus
Comprehensive knowledge of new technologies, esp. EMV; E-commerce; M-commerce
Candidates can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
