Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; 4 years related experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience recruiting all organization levels and positions in a fast-paced environment
Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting highly preferred
Excellent project management skills and able to meet deadlines in a timely manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on negotiation and diplomacy
Excellent customer service
Highly experienced and successful in managing or negotiating the candidate closure process
Strong knowledge of interviewing principles and employment law
A leader in utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques
Advanced experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other search strategies
