Description
My London based client is looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their organisation. This role is a consulting position with an equal emphasis on technical delivery and strong client management. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the scope, requirements and Salesforce solution, taking full responsibility for individual projects, also delivering using the Salesforce technology set.
Responsibilities
- Development of client solutions.
- Discovery & design workshops to identify client requirements.
- Design of Salesforce solutions using Apex and Visualforce/LEX.
- Data migration and integration using data transfer tools.
- End of user training and other user adoption activity.
- Supporting Presales during development of new business with new or existing clients.
- Majority of related experience gained in one of the following sectors: Financial Services - Retail and Commercial Banking,Financial Services - Insurance and Investment Management,Financial Services - Capital Markets Private Sector - Energy, Utilities and Resources Private Sector - Technology, Media and Telecommunications Private Sector - Retail and Consumer
- Willing & able to work from home.
- Willing to travel as needed.
- Excellent inter-personal, listening and communication skills, both written and orally Able to understand different audiences from c-level to technicians
- Good self-management skills, to be able to stay calm and professional, and to manage own workload to meet deadlines Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
- Accurate and have good attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and enjoy a fast paced working environment Flexible and willing to adapt to business requirements.
