Eximius are working exclusively on a requirement for a solutions provider who are recruiting for a Support Engineer that has current experience working with the Genesys contact centre platform and supporting users. This role will be part of a skilled team supporting a global user base.

You will be working on PureEngage V.8 supporting tens of thousands of users and as such my client is looking for an engineer with up to date Genesys product knowledge who can hit the ground running. The client is going through a very busy support period for the next few months hence the need for a contractor and they need someone that can start almost immediately. You will be onsite in London 5 days per week for normal working hours, there is no opportunity for remote work on this contract.
