Description

An exciting opportunity to join a world leading technology company in software, working out of the company's headquarters in Central London. We are looking for a talented and enigmatic person with a proven track record in software sales, to help sell our unique and innovative range of software applications, some of which are well established, and industry-leading, but also to help launch new and exciting products and applications. This role would suit a forward thinking, career focused, salesperson looking to build a long-term career with an innovative and forward-thinking company.

You will be:

  • Experienced in software sales, preferably in operations support software products such as Netcracker and Amdocs
  • Self-motivated and confident in your ability to close sales

  • Responsible for leading and driving a sales team of implementation on complex projects
  • Understand customer needs, Cultivating long-term relationships with clients
  • Monitor required team weekly administrative tasks including, individual status report, and project issues.
  • Working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
  • Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals.

Technical Knowledge requirements:

  • Netcracker, Amdocs or Ericsson sales background
  • Very good understanding of Telecom Architecture, operations models, process flows and integrations
  • Understanding of future telecom architectures around Virtualization (ETSI NFV ISG, ONF, ONAP etc)
  • Understanding of ISG Internet Service Gateway, ONF Open Network Foundation, SDN NFV
  • Actively keeps pace with the market, best practices and thought leaders
  • Excellent business acumen and industry knowledge
  • Ability to work with and through others
