Active Directory/Windows Server Engineer
Exciting opportunity to join this dynamic company as a Windows Server Engineer!
Once hired, you will serve as a Sr Windows Engineer on the Enterprise Wintel Services team. This team is responsible for designing, developing, upgrading, testing and implementing processes to ensure all error conditions and optimizations are addressed. This will be working heavily with Active Directory and Exchange. Must had advanced AD domain administration skills. You will serve as a Sr Resource to learn the platform and infrastructure and then make improvements. Important initiatives coming up include Implementing Disaster Recovery infrastructure, Hardware and server upgrades, and an over all heath check to improve efficiency and functionality.
This is a 12 month contract located in Midtown! Excellent opportunity for a long term contract with a great, stable company!
Required:
- 5 + years experience with MS Windows Server )
- Powershell Scripting
- Advanced Active Directory and Exchange ) experience
- Experience with multiple Group Policy Objects
- Experience leading Active Directory migrations
- Active Directory Forests
- Active Directory Domain consolidation and migration experience
- Experience in a VMware environment
- Experience with Hewlett Packard server hardware
