Gazelle Global is looking for a Product Owner for one of our Oil & Gas company to work on their Salesforce Service Cloud Suite assisting to implement this across their business in Sunbury-Thames.
The following skills are required to be successful:
- Must have prior experience working as a Product Owner.
- Must have excellent knowledge of service delivery models.
- Previous stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Must have previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Previous experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud is also essential.
- Must have strong documentation skills.
- Technical skills, ability to work with Dev Ops, Testing and Development teams.
