Network Infrastructure Engineer
One of my multinational clients is currently looking for a Network Infrastructure Engineer to work in Stockholm, Sweden on a roll on project.
We are currently looking for the following person:
. ITIL Foundation certificate desirable, or relevant experience in ITIL environment
. Minimum completed accreditations: CCNA, CCNP
. Highly regarded: CCIE, Network Security Specialist.
. Strong customer service skills and proactive, customer focused attitude.
. Excellent communication (verbal and written), particularly telephone skills.
. Strong fault isolation and problem solving.
. Strong multi-tasking and procedural skills.
. Strong coaching with good collaboration skills.
. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to engage with different levels.
. Good process design, implementation and administration skills.
. Good skills in working in teams to maintaining a service culture approach.
. Demonstrated proactive customer focused network services skills.
. Good knowledge and experience of Network and Communications technologies:
- IP protocols, Cisco suite of routing and switching products and Checkpoint Firewalls.
- Application Acceleration ie: Riverbeds
- Fibre products and Network cabling.
- Design, configuration, securing, testing, implementation and monitoring of Cisco Routers, Switches, VPNs, ASA Firewalls
- Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF).
