The Role

You'll be working closely with Senior Finance Business Partners, reporting into the FD to provide a critical finance service to the business.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Accounting qualifications (ie, accounting qualifications: fully qualified ACA, ACCA, and/or CIMA)
  • Complex modelling experience including creating detailed monthly fully integrated P&L, cash flow and balance sheet models
  • Experience of modelling covenants, working capital, tax and running sensitivity analysis
  • Highly organised and comfortable working to demanding timetables

    • Desirable:

  • Excellent academic qualifications (ie, degree in either: Maths/Accounting/Economics)
  • Experience of working in private equity, banking or for an M&A advisory practice
  • Experience of working with technology companies
