NextLink is looking for a Data Scientist with Fluent English and Finnish to work in Finlandfor a contract position of 12 months + with a lot of possibility to be extended with a multinational client.
Job Title
Data Scientist
Must have:
- Experience in large data analysis using machine learning
- Work experience in Big Data related analytical tools/frameworks
- Good understanding of time series data analysis
- Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
- Able to identify what data is available and relevant, including internal and external data sources
- Import and integrate data from various data sources
- Processing, cleansing and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
- Deriving features, building and optimizing models using machine learning techniques
- Creating data visualization to effectively convey findings
- Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, algorithms, predictive models, and custom analysis
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Programming languages like R, Python, Java, Spark etc.
- Experience in Deep Learning frameworks
- Experience with Relational and NoSQL data
Good To Have:
- Processing streaming data
- Certifications in Big Data and Machine Learning
Responsibility Of/ Expectations From The Role
- Exploring available data, analyse and find inferences which helps to solve the business challenges
- Come up with quick results and produce visualizations to convey results
- Develop and end to end technical solution to address the business problems
- Come up with suggestions to improve the business processes, using the inference from data
