Description
Document Management System-Project LeaderAbility to express and write fluently in English; French is a plus.
Knowledge of a regulatory / pharmaceutical environment
Good skills in project management, with 8-10 years experience as IT project leader
Knowledge in IT Documents Management analysis with experience in this area. Manage the project:
o Write the project charter in agreement with the business responsible,
o Manage the planning, dependencies and coming issues: be in contact with all the needed stakeholders (including the IT technical teams) to ensure good progress of the project. Conduct escalation when appropriate,
o Do the reporting of the project to the IT hierarchy.
- Gather users requirement with the business users, and define solutions in relation with the development team: write functional specifications ·
- Do the informal testing of the application, and write the tests script that will be formally executed
- Write the qualification documentation needed by the regulatory environment, in coordination with the Risk & Compliance department
