Location : United Kingdom, Reading
Industry : IT Consultant
· Overall 10-12 Years of IT experience in OSS area
· Exposure in Telecomm industry (With knowledge of 4G , RAN and core network)
· Should have knowledge of Data Modelling Principles
· Should be ITIL Certified
· Should have knowledge of Configuration Management and Asset Management and its application in IT service Management
· Should be experienced in Service Modelling
· Should have experience in integration with other CMDB which might be in Homogenous or Heterogeneous technologies
· Should be able to design the Data Model for Enterprise which includes IT, Core Telco and RAN
· Should have extensive knowledge of API- SOAP and REST based Web Services, SQL, XML
· Should have extensive knowledge on Integration with other Telco Systems, applications, Databases
· Should be quick learned in understanding the Application Modelling, Resource Modelling and Service Modelling
· Should have knowledge of TMForum based SID
· Should be able to debug the issues by analysing logs, XML and API responses
· Should have expertise in Reconciliation, Normalization, Design of Pentaho based Spoon Jobs,
· Knowledge of Action Request Server, Remedy Workflows, UDM Jobs
