Description
Resource 1 is in need of a Sr. Informatica PowerCenter Developer for a contract position in Chicago, IL. Selected candidate will initially be working on HL7 data ingress and integration. Individual should have at least 7 years of Informatica PowerCenter development experience with the later versions. Individual should have experience designing/developing new mappings and have a high-level understanding of ETL processes and systems integration leveraging Informatica PowerCenter. The project will involve integration between internal systems, as well as integration with external client systems. Experience working with EDI and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) are pluses for this position. Selected candidate should have an interest in learning Informatica's newer products, including IDQ. Healthcare industry experience is preferred, including experience working with various healthcare file types (HL7) and file exchange. Candidate will also need to possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
