Hosting Service Delivery Manager - Hosting/Cloud/SAAS
Barcelona - Full time
6 month contract Euros
We require a Service Delivery Manager to work for a Global Enterprise client based from the Barcelona office full time. The role will act as the conduit to manage the relationship/service levels with Hosting and Cloud Service and SAAS Providers.
You should have experience of working directly within a Hosted Managed Service Provider and/or for a large global enterprise business, managing multiple relationships with Hosting/Cloud/SAAS service providers.
This individual is responsible for ensuring all operational aspects of the existing and new services are working to highest expectations.
Able to manage an ITIL based Service Management process for Hosting and Cloud Service providers.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5 or more years Service Management experience
- Experience of large transformation and transition programs
- Good understanding of managed hosting environment and technologies, storage and IP/MPLS networking
- Network and Hosting security experience
- Experience with Cloud based hosting solutions/providers - primarily Microsoft Azure
- ITIL Certifications highly desirable
- Prince 2 or PMP experience
You must be based a commutable distance to Barcelona or be prepared to relocate to Barcelona for the durations of the contract. Contract will be an initial 6 months but expected to last in excess of 12 months.
Contract will be paid in Euros.
