Tag Administration Engineer - 100% Remote
Successful and growing Atlanta technology company with a wide array of consumer-facing web applications is seeking a Tag Engineer that has experience with Google Tag Manager or Dynamic Tag Manager (GTM highly preferred). You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital tagging using Google Tag Manager (GTM). You will validate and debug implementations using GTM.
You will work on digital tagging to capture digital marketing efforts. You will help make insightful conclusions on brand and campaign effectiveness on web based products and identify gaps in data. We need a strong communicator that can work cross collaboratively with various teams. You will work alongside several team members on this Data and Analytics team.
In this 6 month contract position that is 100% remote (if you are based in Atlanta you can work remote or go into the office if you wish), you will join an elite data management team and work with the development team. Great project that has a strong possibility of extension!
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1+ year experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) OR Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM) - Google Tag Manager highly preferred
- Experience development and implementing digital tagging for data capture
- Experience with 1 or more debugger tools (charles, chrome plugin, chrome console, etc.) - chrome console highly preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 6months + experience with HTML, JavaScript and JQuery (highly preferred)
- 6months + experience querying data by writing SQL for analysis
- 6months + Google Analytics and/or Digital Marketing Experience
- Digital Media experience
- Web optimization strategies
- Experience with task management system (Jira)
- Bachelor's Degree
