Email Campaign/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
We are seeking the services of an experience Digital Marketer, with strong experience in both Email Campaign Marketing, and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform. The successful candidate will enjoy working with a range of iconic, well-known brands and provide expertise across Email Campaigns and as a Power User for the SF Marketing Cloud.
Role & Responsibilities
*Manage the email campaign process across multiple EU markets including the JIRA project management process
*Supply creative assets to HTML build agencies
*Ensure all data is supplied to the relevant departments
*Ensure all email deliverability is faultless including monitoring results, reporting and avoiding potential spam/blocks.
*Work closely with CRM Managers to manage the campaign projects and timescales
*Set up and monitor centralised email journeys
*Driving forward the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Usage strategy and approach with the key stakeholders across the business
*Setting up templates within Content Builder for CRM Managers
*Managing SFMC tags, assets, email blocks, templates and reporting
*Execute A/B tests to increase engagement and stay current with best practice
*Contact Strategy Planning
*Campaign build, targeting, data selections and reporting
*Constantly work cross-functionally to gather CRM requirements advising on best Salesforce practice and training in-house resources on how to support to the end users of the platform
Experience Required
*3+ years' experience working in a campaign management/email marketing role
*Excellent planning, organisational, written and communications skills
*Strong knowledge and experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
*Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform SME
*Track record in running E2E email campaigns, with measurable results
*Experience working with external Email build and deliver agencies
*Basic HTM, CSS & SQL (desirable)
