Project Accountant, Stockholm
An international technology company who specialize in digital and card payments are looking to recruit and experience accountant to join their marketing team in Stockholm.
The ideal candidate will have two to three years experience working in an accountancy position within a global organization.
Task:
- Administration of all marketing and business development related investments (eg purchase order management, monthly accruals review, forecasting, finance tool ownership and reporting)
- Internal support and management & compliance in usage of funds appropriately
- External reporting to customers & auditing
- Contract administration and compliance
- Agency and scope of work management, reporting and reconciliations
- Contract administration and compliance
- Internal yearly, program and channel reporting on results and effectiveness
Your experience
- Strong planning and analytical skills with an eye for details
- Advanced Excel skills, experience in building macros and pivot tables
- Advanced PowerPoint able to present
- Proven ability to learn business systems, including reporting tools (eg Oracle, Hyperion, ARIBA)
- Excellent verbal and writing English skills required; Swedish language proficiency desired
- Similar work experience is desired
