Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) (DevOps) - Jira, Confluence, Window, Linux, Cloud
12 month+ Contract
Location - Copenhagen, Denmark or Remote working possible
A large bank in Denmark is looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who has strong DevOps capabilities and exposure into cloud environments to help the organisation on their journey to functioning on autonomous platforms. 12 month+ contract with strong possibility of extension, flexibility to work remotely from Denmark, Finland, Poland or Sweden.
Key experience required:
- You have at least 3 years' work experience as an SRE or DevOps preferably at a large organisation, supporting the design and operation of business-critical applications
- Knowledge within the financial services domain is considered a strong advantage but not a prerequisite
- Experience working with Scrum and/or Kanban
- Experience with most of the below technologies and tools:
- JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Artifactory/Nexus, Bamboo, Splunk, AppDynamics, Windows, Linux, MQ, OEM, and of course SOA and OSB
- Experience with at least one of the following Node.js, Angular, Python, Golang, Shell-Scripting or Java
- Experience with Linux and Cloud infrastructure
- Experience working with APIs achieving automation and interoperability
- Experience with business continuity and relevant documentation
- Experience with Service Level Management and reporting
- Experience with creating high quality documentation, Datamodelling and user guides
- Experience in application monitoring and application self-healing best practises
- Experience with incident, problem, change and release management
- Experience doing troubleshooting, stack trace analysis, network, memory, cpu and thread handling
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices is an advantage
- Experience with operational readiness assessments
