Service Delivery Coordinator - Brussels, Belgium

Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH and/or DUTCH

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years experience in a commercial function.
  • Knowledge of various business domains.
  • Knowledge of ITIL/Service Management IT4IT and experience with SLA reporting formatting and interpretation.

Description of work:

  • Coordinates the actions covered by the update and follows this on (budget adjustment, adjustment processes, communication).
  • Performs the necessary adjustments to the SAVE report in function of the updates documents.
  • Assists the Incident, Problem and Change-Manager where necessary in communicating to/explanatory statement and the activities of the processes Incident, Problem and Change Management.
  • Responsible for the final editing and communication reports.
  • Manages the distribution lists for communications (interventions, SAVE reports)
  • Captures the improvement proposals from the customer in relation to the existing service for the products by the customer into production and communicates this internally to the team.
  • Manages the relationship with the customers in the context of delivered products in one or more business areas, from the moment they are taken into use by the customer in the production environment.
