THE COMPANY

ConSol Partners' client is one of the largest Telecommunications companies in Europe, with Analytics for both internal and external consumers a key driver in their international business plan. They are currently looking to add an Engineer skilled in SQL, as well as experience in Teradata, for a 6 month contract in Brussels.

Contract Length: 6 months+

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Engineer for ConSol Partners' client, you will be onsite in Brussels, working within the core analytics practice, helping to create and maintain a reliable link between the Data Warehouse, and the Data Scientists. This client has over 3000 tables in their DWH, 90% of which are Teradata. You will take responsibility for making sure the right data is available when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will have the following

  • At least 3 years' experience in an environment which deals with a huge volume of Data - Telco, Banking, Pharma etc
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Teradata would be highly preferred
  • Hadoop would be a plus
  • Python would be a plus
  • Fluency in English, plus French or Dutch would be beneficial
