Description
Our innovative technology client is looking for a good all-round technical author to produce mainly customer user documentation for one of their cutting-edge software products. This contract is for an initial six months, with a further six month extension. Our client has a long, rich history of developing world-leading technology solutions and is based in a very easily accessible NW Leicestershire location.
What's needed?
- Good experience documenting software applications/software user interfaces.
- FrameMaker skills.
- An understanding of Internet/networking protocols.
- The ability to grasp technical products and talk confidently with engineers.
- A good understanding of the documentation production life cycle.
