Description
End To End Designer:
Purpose:
- Refine high level business requirements so that they can become input to the End to End design.
- Design the changes on local IT stack needed to host more than one operator; scope is about billing and accounting processes (currently the local stack is partially multi-tenant, but with some constraints that shall be avoided in the new solution).
Key Expertise:
- Knowledge of current telecoms Italy system architecture
- Experience with telecoms business processes, with focus on billing and accounting
- Ability to write clear specification and design documents in English language (refining high level business requirement so that becomes specifications)
- Experience on End to End design of systems underpinning the business processes around billing for telco services, starting from order management and ending with invoicing and accounting
- Ability to interact with the technical teams that own domain specific knowledge and define the e2e solution starting from the business requirements
- Proven experience in the Italian Telco market and related constraints/regulations
- An high seniority level is required
Other Specifications:
- Main location will be in Milan office, with some travels (at least twice per month) to Rome
- The resource can work from own offices while preparing documents and/or taking part to calls
- Access to Skype for business is preferred as main communication tool
