Description
Cloudstream Global are on the lookout for a strong Finance Modeller/Analyst for one of our established banking clients in Northampton, this person will support the MI in delivering a widespread financial analysis, review and reporting function to the stakeholders & wider business.
The Role -
- Extensive modelling of data and then advising strategically which will be based around analyses and trends.
- Lead modelling, budgeting systems and forecasting, including from design to development.
- Deliver business performance supporting overall Financials Operations Reconciliation Team (FORT).
- Financial transactions designated financial and banking systems within the FORT areas.
- Ensure adherence to an effective Financial Operations Reconciliation Team is in place.
- Ensure audit and risk controls are observed and acted upon.
- Ensure in depth investigation of all exceptions and prioritise clearance before referral.
- Act as leader within the team and promote change positively.
Key Skills -
- Strong communication written and verbal
- High level of Analytical and Numeracy skills
- Experience in Project Finance/modelling/structured finance
- Organised
- Manage relationships (internal & external)
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (desirable)
- Knowledge of Know Your Customer' plus verification & identification procedures.
