Our client in the local NE Ohio area is looking for an IT HR Project Manager for a HR Replacement project. This is a 6+ month contract position.
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager that has worked heavily on IT HR projects. They do not need to have specific experience with a particular HR package, but must have some experience leading HR projects. This person must be an effective communicator with all levels of the organization.
What we are looking for:
- HR Systems Experience (Work Day a Plus)
- Project Management - Waterfall over Scrum
- Experience leading massive corporate wide change management
- Clear communicator with energy and a positive attitude to strengthen cross functional teams
- Someone we can count on to be reliable
