AGILE COACH/SCRUM MASTER REQUIRED!
My client is undergoing a Digital Transformation and requires an agile coach to join their team!
Dutch/French a must. English is a plus.
Skills
- Communication & collaboration skills are key to effectively uncover the business needs;
- Empathize with the client by seeking to understand their challenges and pain points;
- Constantly verify understanding;
- Being receptive to changing needs and being a good listener;
- Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Being proactive and taking the initiative;
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a scrum master/Agile coach
- Experience with business analysis & workshop facilitation is required
- Having worked in a governmental organisation is a plus
