Are you an experienced Field Engineer/Field Service Technician

The Role:
I am seeking for an experienced Field Engineer who is required to ensure all field service activities for customers receive the highest quality service standards.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Responsible for completing new installations, repair, software and hardware upgrades through to responding to service calls in a timely and efficient manner.
-Effectively respond to field service day to day requests in relation to fault finding, troubleshooting repairing components.
-Responsible for conducting regular preventative maintenance
-Accurately repair and maintain gaming terminals
-Complete and provide quality and detailed assessment reports for faulty and damaged terminals.
-Participate and contribute to the delivery of new and existing projects such as software and hardware upgrades.
-Effectively complete (PAT) Portable Appliance testing for all allocated terminals and equipment.
-Consistently adhere to company software management practices and procedures.
-Respond to internal and external requests in a professional manner demonstrating exceptional customer service.
