Description

We are looking for an IT PM that has managed .NET projects on a mid to senior level basis.

Duration: 6 months initially with a great chance of extension

Pay: $53.25/hr W2

Title: Technical Project Manager- It is mid-level to upper-level PM

Years of experience: 5+

Project Summary:

The project will be an IoT project with the development on IT side such as server development including web development using .NET

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in developing project scope and objectives and identifies appropriate resources needed. Supports change management process
  • Assembles a project team and assigns individual responsibilities
  • Develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities of project team Monitors and summarizes progress of project.
  • Align and coordinate to shared release schedule
  • Operationally trouble shoots complex issues
  • Ensures optimum utilization of resources and meeting of budgetary targets.
  • Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.
  • Assesses risks and develops mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Co-ordinates integration of various modules and ensures compliance with expected quality standards.
  • Follows standard Agile and SDLC principles in project
  • Communicates within and across teams on status and progress of project

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 5 years related experience.
  • PMP, PMP-ACP or CSM preferred.
  • Experience in projects leveraging connected devices and IOT preferred.
  • Experience in delivering projects aligned to shared release cadence required.
  • .NET experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong experiential knowledge of project planning methodologies.
  • Requires familiarity with a wide range of technologies and systems.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Must be able to engage project team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines without direct managerial authority.
  • Must be able to facilitate and lead team through challenges, problems and issues.
