*What are the key technical skills that all candidates must attain?
> Extensive experience in process design
> Extensive experience in stakeholders' management
> Extensive experience in writing BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)
> Undertake discussions with the subject matter experts to understand end-to-end Customer Journeys and gather process and data specifications.
> Engage with different streams of the project, including developers and product owners to make sure processes are being implemented as per requirements.
> Facilitate and organize the regional forums, process sessions and workshops.
> Coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure actions are taken timely based on outcome of monitoring activities.
> Ensure a standardized modelling and consistent representation of business processes and customer journeys, according to the FDS SOP policy and methodology.
