Job Tile - ETL IICS DEVELOPER
Location - Warsaw,Poland
Job Type - Contract 6-12 months
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug and maintain ETL transformations in Enterprise Data Warehouse using the latest version of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) platform
- Have strong experience in design, development, implementation, administration, troubleshooting and support of ETL process
- Support weekly and monthly data loads from HR Workday system and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
- Tune performance of Informatica sessions for large data files by increasing block size, data cache size, sequence buffer length and target based commit interval
- Report any anomalies in ETL process
- Be a self-starter and take independent responsibilities
- Be involved in development and maintenance of database for data warehouses projects and create customized reports in OBIEE for auditing and analytical purpose
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in ETL process (Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica PowerCenter)
- Ready to learn and develop the newest, cutting-edge technology and cloud versions of Informatica (with experience in desktop version)
- Proven track record on performance tuning, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks on various levels like sources, targets, mapping etc.
- Extensive understanding of implementation of data cleanup procedure, transformations, scripts and execution of test plans for loading the data successfully into the target systems
Key skillS:
- Working knowledge of HR systems (PeopleSoft, Workday and Oracle preferred - including reports writing)
