Senior AvayaTelecoms Engineer - Verint Experience.
Renowned Ecommerce organisation requires a Senior Telecoms Engineer, with Avaya and Verint experience. The team consists of 6 individuals, working with a 3500 user base and 1600 people in the contact centre, consisting of Engineers, Verint specialists, a Tech Lead and Project Manager. The company is upgrading both Avaya and Verint systems and need someone to come in and have a senior level view with BAU, Incidents, call quality issues and the Verint stack.
Core skills for the role are:
- Avaya
- Verint - including Workforce Management, call recording, Analytics etc.
- Previous working experience in similar size environments
- Ability to have a high-level view on Avaya/Verint issues, advise and act appropriately, encompassing call quality, the Verint stack, BAU.
