Description

We are currently looking for an IT Project Lead (PIM and DAM) for a contract opportunity. Please can you check the specification and let me know if you could be suitable and interested in the position below?

Start: ASAP

Duration: 7 Month + Extension

Location: Warsaw, Poland or Prague, Czech Republic

Language: English (Czech or Polish is a bonus)

Travel: There will be bi-monthly travel to Poland/Czech Republic and 2 trips to Paris (3 days in Poland/Paris all paid for)

Job Details

Our client needs an IT Project Lead to cover a Product Data and Imagery project. The suitable IT Lead will need to assist with leading a project for Product data and also managing Imagery- the exact tasks are as follows:

  • Project management at the country level

o Acts as intermediary between CDO and local business

o Represents the country and the pilot brands in the project, participates to all the relevant governance instances

o Provides regular status reporting to all interested parties including senior management

o Documents the business processes within the country

o Participates in all project stages:

- collects, interprets and challenges local business inputs & requirements

- collects the technical requirements/constraints specific to the country

- actively participates in the scoping and design phases

- participates to the configuration of the platform (users, settings )

- orchestrates the collection & the load of the data into the PIM/DAM

- tests the application and investigates the issues

- supervises the roll-out

o Identifies and manage the risks and open points

o Accountable for local project cost, timeline, budget and methodology

o Accountable for the deployment of the other brands in the country after the initial deployment

  • Change management

o Supports and promotes the project roll-out at the country level

o Supports the change management (organization, processes, tools) in the country with CDO support

o Supports the preparation and the execution of the local team trainings

o Ensures a smooth transition from existing to the new defined processes without disturbing the business as usual

  • Continuous improvement

o Configures the platform in the country (manage users, add new e-retailers and import new data )

o Gathers user requirements and feedback

o Manages new releases (Communication, UAT, rollout)

o Improves the quality of the contents (products/assets) by working with the source systems (SAP, ) and the contributors (e-KAM, marketers )

o Data quality extraction and reporting

  • Support to local users

o Super user PIM/DAM, managing assortments, retailer integration and mapping

o Fine tuning of the tools, bulk edit & bulk integration for PIM & DAM

o Acts as level 1 support for local users: user creation/files import/configuration...

o Ensures general maintenance after the Go live

o Supports the localization of training material and the training of new recruits
