Complaint Handler
My client is a financial services organisation based in Stirling. There is a requirement for experienced Complaint Handlers to join the organisation on a contract basis.
Complaint Handler responsibilities:
- Carrying out end-to-end investigations on product complaints
- Resolve complaints in compliance with business regulations and
guidelines - Ensuring cases are treated with fairness and accuracy
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve servicing teams
- Ensuring our customers are kept informed of their complaint's progress
Complaint Handler skills:
- Previous experience in Financial Services
- The ability to understand and apply product knowledge and
process information quickly - A confident and empathetic all-rounded communicator
- A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure
- Great problem-solving and decision making skills
