Complaint Handler

My client is a financial services organisation based in Stirling. There is a requirement for experienced Complaint Handlers to join the organisation on a contract basis.

Complaint Handler responsibilities:

  • Carrying out end-to-end investigations on product complaints
  • Resolve complaints in compliance with business regulations and
    guidelines
  • Ensuring cases are treated with fairness and accuracy
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve servicing teams
  • Ensuring our customers are kept informed of their complaint's progress

Complaint Handler skills:

  • Previous experience in Financial Services
  • The ability to understand and apply product knowledge and
    process information quickly
  • A confident and empathetic all-rounded communicator
  • A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure
  • Great problem-solving and decision making skills
