PHP Developer - Junior to Senior
We are seeking a PHP Developer to join a team within an industry leader in transportation. This is fantastic opportunity to join a team with a start-up feel with a huge financial backing of an enterprise company.
This team is solving real world problems and working closely with mechanics to solve mechanical issues through code. You will work on new development and work alongside a strong team of developers. This team utilizes PHP on the Back End and JavaScript on the Front End. We are seeking developers that are strong on the Back End with PHP or are able to work full-stack. If you have experience with Laravel and Codeigniter that would be a huge plus.
This is year long contract with the strong possibility of extension located in the southside of Atlanta, Georgia. REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1+ years of professional PHP development experience (Senior level experience is highly preferred, but open to more junior profiles)
- MySQL Database experience
- Must work on outside projects, attend meetups OR be able to discuss what you do outside of work to show passion for coding
- Agile, face-paced work environment experience (this is like a start-up environment with an enterprise backing)
- Critical Thinker - this team uses code to solve mechanical problems
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with Laravel OR CodeIgniter (highly preferred)
- MongoDB
- Experience with transportation, manufacturing or aviation
- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science highly preferred)
