Application Security Architect

Our team is focused on the development and deployment of application security integration into SDLC and DevOps practice in the cloud.
We are seeking a top notch Application Security Architect who can perform code reviews, remediation as well as coach and instruct development teams on secure code standards on this broad enterprise initiative.
Duties include working assigned tickets(Enterprise Application issues and risks) to resolution and instructing development teams through code review, remediation and development standards. You should bring an advanced level of skills and knowledge of secure coding, best practices and standards along current software tools such as Fortify, Checkmarx, knowledge of Owasp top 10 and other application security risks and trends. SANS Instructor would be ideal.
This is at least a 12 month contract position offering on-site in Alpharetta.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 8+ years of Enterprise Application Development
- 5+ years experience Secure Application Architecture
- Advanced skills in secure code review, remediation, resolution
- Proven experience with OwAsp top 10 and other application security risks
- Advanced skills with Application Security Software - HP Fortify preferred
- Experience instructing, coaching and mentoring teams in secure code best practices
- Strong SDLC knowledge of SecDevOps
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communications skills
